At BFF Nail Lounge, we believe in delivering nothing less than perfection. Each set of our premium press-on nails is meticulously hand-crafted, carefully inspected, and packed with love to ensure it arrives in flawless condition.

Due to the exclusive and customized nature of our collections, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

When a Return or Refund is Possible

To maintain transparency and fairness, a return or refund will only be considered if the following condition is strictly met:

  • You must provide an unedited opening video of your package, captured from the moment of receipt, clearly showcasing:

    • The unopened package

    • The complete unboxing process

    • The damaged or defective item upon opening

Without this video proof, we will not be able to process any claim, regardless of the concern.

Important Guidelines

  • The unboxing video must be recorded in one single, continuous take with no cuts or edits.

  • The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery or without proper video evidence will not qualify for return or refund.

  • If eligible, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after a thorough review.
